In life we hear phrases such getting your ducks in a row, being balanced. This is short is alignment.

Alignment is a position of agreement or alliance. With in the realm of guidance and coaching this is about ensuring your inner values are reflected in your outer actions, mind, body and spirit being aligned to a common purpose that allows growth. 

If our words and actions do not reflect our inner values, we increase our risk of stress, and health issues. This is due to cognitive dissonance. 

I offer a number of different modalities which allow a personalised plan for you to achieve alignment, in one or all aspects of life. Some of which are highlighted below.

 Mindfulness is an overarching theme and can be learnt as part of a session or as a stand workshop with friends or as one off session. 

How guidance and coaching can help is by allowing you a safe space to explore your values, your actions and the actions of others and to create with support your road map forward. 

This is achieved through focused questions and creating a narrative, which allows you to identify actions to be taken, and create a plan which builds in accountability.

For those managing addictions and poor mental health this may include work in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy. 


Holistically creating alignment may take on a more spiritual dimension. This may include the creation of affirmations and written words to support you. This may include the exploration of your shadow side. This is particularly relevant for those offering energy healing.
